PDF output - page break causes issue with rowspan shading

Description
When a page break occurs within a rowspan row, the shading information is lost. Please see Table 4 and Table 19 in the following doc:

Both are constructed the same way and both have page breaks. However, Table 19 looks okay - the page break falls between two rowspan rows. The page break in Table 4, however, falls within a rowspan row, and the row color is lost.
