In https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-trans-rfc6962-bis-10#section-3, I think "will return" should be "MUST return".

Reopening, because comment:1 is wrong. The "will return" text is still in the document.

I disagree that it should be changed to "MUST return" though. This section (currently numbered 3) describes Submitter behaviour. In that context, I think it makes sense for log behaviour to be descriptive rather than prescriptive.

For prescriptive log behaviour, see the section currently numbered 5.

So, having just reopened this ticket, I propose closing it again, as WONTFIX.

Got it. I see the MUST in "When it receives a valid submission, the log MUST return an SCT that corresponds to the submitted certificate or precertificate" now.

So, having just reopened this ticket, I propose closing it again, as WONTFIX.
