Interim meeting 27 Jul 2012
Announcement
The following was announced to the sidr working group on 28 Jun 2012 (http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/sidr/current/msg04824.html).
The SIDR working group plans a face-to-face interim meeting on Fri 27 July 2012 in Vancouver. The meeting will be held 0900-1700. Location will be announced later. Anticipated topics include discussion of performance and measurements of the RPKI system. At this time, the agenda will be: 0900-1130 Discussion 1130-1330 Lunch 1330-1700 Discussion Refinements of this agenda will be announced on the SIDR mailing list. Remote participation by webex, teleconference, and jabber will be provided. Details will be announced before hand.
Meeting Location
The meeting will be hosted by BCnet at the same location used for the 6 Jun 2012 interim meeting. Also provided will be

NOTE: If WebEx? is unavailable for a majority of remote participants during part of the actual meeting, as we did in Paris, we'll halt the local/in-room portion of the meeting until we can sort out WebEx? issues. Jabber will be the primary mode used to recognise such a failure.
NOTE2: If there are folk NOT in the US who can not dial the webex-in-webex-voice we can link together a conference bridge with the webex-voice and leverage the synergies of dual conference systems + international-dial-in.
