Global Mobility Protocol:It is not the purpose of NETLMM to define how global mobility should be managed (a "rendez-vous" point is assumed in the definition, but it may not be the case if you look beyond what has been specifiied by the IETF).

Resolution: modify the definition of global mobility protocol to remove mention of a rendezvous point.
