Description

Anne van Kesteren reported that HTML URLs should accept U+FFF0-FFFD (see e.g. http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-iri/2012Nov/0004.html). Should we allign?

Allowing U+FFF0-FFFD means that the difference to LEIRIs is reduced, so the LEIRI section would need to be adjusted, too. We should then move the warning about these codepoints in that section to somewhere else.
