Description

A text like the following (UPPER CASE is right-to-left)

LOOK AT THIS: new draft at http://ABC.COM

without any user intervention will be displayed as

MOC.CBA:new draft at http :SIHT TA KOOL

We should check:
a) what the chance is that users will fix this (probably high, but there's the problem of automatic composition)
b) what the chance is that users make the 'right' fixes (outside the IRI, not inside)
RFC 3987 currently says: "Bidirectional IRIs MUST be

rendered in the same way as they would be if they were in a
left-to-right embedding; i.e., as if they were preceded by U+202A,
LEFT-TO-RIGHT EMBEDDING (LRE), and followed by U+202C, POP
DIRECTIONAL FORMATTING (PDF)."

which is the right thing as long as we can assume we stay with overall LTR and reordering by run. But we may not stay there.
