     11=== 2.1 (none yet) ===
    1212
    13 I'd like to invite the authors and the document shepherd to join the call and try to find a way forward for this document.  Benoit and Gonzalo, please review this document before the call and record your positions, so we can have a complete tally.
    14
    15 This is at the beginning of the agenda so the guests can call in at the start, and ring off when we're done.

    17 === 2.2 draft-ietf-intarea-ipv4-id-update (Brian) ===
    18
    19 I would like to invite the document author to join the call to determine the way forward
    20 on this draft given the DISCUSS position raised by Stewart and endorsed by Pete.
    21
    22 === 2.3 draft-ietf-idr-bgp-issues (Stewart) ===
    23
    24 This is a heads up concerning a rather large (170 pages) and unusual document, it is a review of the type that English Majors commonly apply to Shakespeare, but this time applied to an extended discussion that took place on the IDR list around 2004. The purpose of the document is to provide a body of text that can be pointed to when recurrent issues are once again raised in the IDR WG.
    25
    26 I have had a short discussion with the RFC Editor that I think is worth relating, and in as much as is allowed by the IETF document rules, I think that it may be worth providing some context advice to the directorate reviewers (since you clearly can't correct verbatim text).
    27
    28 I think that it's worth a short informal discussion on this text so the most efficient process is allied to the publication of this unusual draft as an RFC.

    36
    37 http://tools.ietf.org/group/iesg/trac/wiki/CharterInternalReviewBlockCriteria
    38
    39 We may want another list for Block Criteria on the approval ballot following
    40 the external review as well ...
    41
    42 === 3.2 Interop next to the IETF (Benoit) ===
    43
    44 Here is a request from the NETCONF chairs:
    45 we have around 10 people who want to do some interoperability testing prior to the Atlanta IETF (Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 Nov). Both days 9-5.
    46 Is there a room or space (in terminal room or such) available
    47 where we can do this? Network connectivity would be nice, but
    48 we can at least do some work with our own hubs before the
    49 network becomes active.
    50
    51 I want to understand what's possible!
    52
    53 === 3.3 The DECADE WG (Martin) ===
    54
    55 It is time, to briefly discuss the past and current status of the DECADE WG.
    56 The overall feedback during the reviews (IETF community and also from the AD) of the last documents (problem statement and requirements) indicated that there are some challenges which are probably not easy to solve.
