I am happy to see the IAB adopt this document, and work towards producing an IAB RFC based on it.
Having read it, I do have one quibble. I think section 3.6 on More Complex Operation is misleading. I am not familiar with scenarios where the use of port 80 + port 443 for a large portion of the traffic interferes wit normal traffic engineering or troubleshooting. The use of just two ports for the server end of a large portion of connections does reduce the entropy available for ECMP and LAG load sharing, which while related is a different issue.
