+We discussed a number of issues in Trac, including #470, #475, #458, #345, #455
+and #486. No decisions were made, but the editors were able to discuss their

+Gabriel presented to see if we agreed that we need to request TLS provide a 
+mechanism for conveying the startup state for HTTPS; however, we did not yet
