   Agenda Review, discussion of technical and process questions

 * (20 minutes)
   Tour of the latest Internet Draft [http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-duerst-iri-bis] 
   Larry Masinter will walk through the document table of contents,
   discussing the structure of the document and its status.
 * (30 minutes)
   Taking at most 4 minutes per issue, walk through any open issues
   from IETF/W3C liaison or Public IRI list, against current document.
 * (15 minutes)
   Discussion of next steps and bringing document to a conclusion.
